The Willow Project is a voluntary organisation run by Women for Women offering a free and confidential service to Women in the
Wigan Borough.
Supporting women who:-
would like to reduce or be in control of their drinking
wish to or need to abstain from drinking
are waiting for detox
have been discharged from detox
are concerned about someone else's drinking
Willow aims to :-
offer a friendly and welcoming environment
be flexible and responsive to women's needs
offer a choice of alternative therapies
introduce alternative lifestyles
support access to new opportunities
improve quality of life
build self esteem and self confidence
Enhance coping skills
to reduce isolation and enable women who use our services
to feel part of the community

The web site is a new development enabling us to provide up to date information to current and future women using our services
